Design Front Book Cover

I need a 6x9 front book cover designed from art work I already have. I am publishing through Amazon's Create Space and Kindle. I've included a mock-up of my idea, a psd file, several scans of the art work. I did a proof of it and it needs a lot of work. The image comes out really gray and my titles just don't pop. I want it to bleed off. The title "Denial and Isolation of 'Self'". The subtitle "Guiding 'Self' Straight into the Hands of Silent Abuse'. Then I want 'Book 1' then 'k.e. leger. As is on the mock-ups I'm including. It doesn't necessary have to be in the font style (size and color), but it has to be in the same order. I want it to be eye-catching and original. I don't want the face of the girl in the art to be covered. [When people see this cover, they are going to WANT to read the book.] I will need a soft/hard cover format which needs to be in pdf and jpeg form as well as a Kindle version. (I have 12 books that will need to be done. I'm doing one book at a time and prefer to work with one artist. I will also need to have 2 pictures for 2 different back covers formatted for soft/hard cover and Kindle which will be a separate project. I do prefer to use the same artist for this as well.)
