Design mobile app onboarding screens

I need four onboarding screens for a mobile app:
1. Pay-as-you-use: pay only when e-scooter dashboard is on; Turn off dashboard when not in use to avoid usage fee.
2. Comply with LTA rules: 15km/h on footpath, 25km/h on shared paths and cycling path
3. Take care of the scooter: Don’t leave it in the rain; turn on the vibration alarm when leaving the scooter in public areas; charge it when battery is low.
4. Maintain positive balance in your account. Otherwise the device will be deactivated.
