Design simple images for Advertising

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE BIDDING OR MESSAGING ME! I have a concert tour coming up and need to find artists in each state. To do this, I need to make advertisements to get artists to submit their music on my website. So, I will need someone to make me a lot of Ads like the ones attached to this project. For each state I would like 12 images. In all 12 images, I would like you to have the state filled in with an image from a concert like the ones attached to this project. I would like the text to look like the ones attached to this project, with the state name at the bottom of each image. I would like to have a variation of text colors, so that I can see which one works the best when I create an Advertisement with the image. I would like 6 with a eye catching picture in the the background, please put a blur on the image. And I would like 6 with a solid color or gradient background, like the ones attached to this project. Please be creative, the goal is to catch someone's eye when they are scrolling through Instagram or Facebook! Colors like black, white, red, green, orange, pink, purple; usually work best!!! I will supply you with a few high quality concert photos to use in these images like seen in the images attached to this project.
