5 Designs for Wallet Prints

As the title suggests above, I'm looking to get 5 designs that will be printed onto wallets.
The designs that you'll be providing me with are going to be used on wallets for charity... Each wallet bought will have its proceeds donated to the corresponding charity. (ie: if breast cancer awareness resonates with someone then they'll buy the corresponding wallet... same for clean water, etc.)
I have uploaded some pictures of the type of prints I'm looking for... I'm calling them "prints" because I don't know what this type of art would actually be called (haha). But essentially I'm looking for you to make designs that incorporate a few different aspects (drawings/pictures) that keep repeating. I'm very open to seeing different freelancers artistic styles as I don't have my heart set on one... I WOULD, however, prefer that the designs are fun and bright.
Charities and possible designs incorporations will be:
Cancer - Pink Breast Cancer Bows
Sick Children - Teddy Bears & Stethoscopes
Military - Tanks and Planes
Clean Water - Droplets/Waves/Both
World Hunger - Food of some sort
