develop a website

Hello I have a big project of around 1 lk of total billing approximately for a tiffin delivery service provider. Right now I have a layout of the home page in PSD format that I got developed from my designer. I am looking for an execellent developer who can convert this layout into high quality responsive html5 web page. Please bid only if you can show me the completely developed homepage as a demo and then I will fund the entire project which will include development of approximately more than 10 responsive html web pages. Please dont raise queries like you have experience or this is a similar design u have worked on before coz to tell you frankly, I have heard these before and had very bad experience. So I really dont believe whatever you say you have done. Also its better if you are an PHP expert too. Coz if U r then I will award you the scripting part too. I dont want ur codes beforehand so if u think that i will get ur codes and then will not respond, then please us ur own server or any demo server and just give me the the link when you upload the developed responsive homepage (N I expect it by today midnight). I am sorry for being so rude, but please bid only if you are willing show the demo. As far as only HTML/CSS work goes, I am willing to pay you INR 1000/- per page. There are many pages, but to start with I have approximately 10. Thank you for your time.
