Form and User Page word press

Here is what we need for our wordpress site. Our member area configured currently we have ultimate member loaded in our word press What we want as the flow for user: User goes to a webpage on our site has some text and: 1. Choose between two choice A and B (Text choices) 2. both A & B go to a standard registration page for person to become a member - 3. Member registers 4. For people who register as A there will be separate items then those as B. In member area person has Four options. This is private content for them only to see A. Sign terms - need their signature on terms page B. Download PDF Script/Instructions C. upload Photo D. upload audition file We want item A to be a requirement BEFORE they can do the next item The audition file is a mpg/or video file we want up to 200MB I We want a check mark in front of each item as they complete it so they know what they need to do.
