Hi guys, We are a service and sales based company that sell office equipment, mainly printing and copying machine, business-to-business market. We are looking for a document designer to assist us in marketing our service and product. The design style that we are looking is a corporate yet creative to entice people to engage with us. We are not looking for one-off project but a long term relationship with you. This means anytime we need your assistance in document and marketing design, we will come to you and in doing so, indirectly you will be the part of our marketing team. We are an established company that never stops growing, therefore, we are looking for an easy-going and honest person, able to finish projects in a timely manner and communicate well. It's beneficial if you have experience in designing an investment proposal or a corporate brochure/flyer. As the first project, we would like you to design an investment proposal. This is an official quotation to offer a company a product. This needs to look simple and corporate, easy to read and have enough information to boost customer confidence in using our service or purchasing an equipment with us. Then, we also would like you to design a brochure/flyer about our promotion on machines; We need people to ring or engage with us to purchase or lease of new machine. I have looked at the brief and believe that developing your bid document is achievable in 3 days. Once developed, subsequent documents would take a half day each. Your brochure would take and additional 3-5 days, depending on the content and number of pages. I have over 30 years' experience in graphic design and business documents & brochures. With that in mind, below is my proposal: Press ready artwork (1 bid document + 1 brochure ~12pp) to your satisfaction including 1 round of consolidated amends after design confirmed.
