hundreds of TSHIRT designs needed

I will be printing hundreds of tshirt designs over the next 10 months. We will be printing shirts mainly for fraternities and sororities. types of shirts printed include: moms day, dads day, philanthropy shirts, rush shirts, bid day shirts, date party shirts (date parties have different themes, ex- toga, tacky christmas, Hawaiian, kentucky derby, country club, when i grow up, what i used to wear in middle school, when I grow up, high school stereotypes, etc) If you need help coming up with an idea let me know. I am looking for a graphic designer to strategically partner with. Let me know if you are interested! I will typically need the designs back within 24 hours. Some weeks there may be 10+ designs, other weeks only one or two. I will need to make sure you will be able to handle this quantity. Attached are some photos of the quality of designs we are looking for. Usually there will not be a picture present. There will usually be just a description and you will be asked to give us a shirt back that is as good of quality as the pictures. Also, if interested, please tell me how many hours a design like these would take you and expected average price per shirt. The file fraternity shirt 2 is the best example since it shows you the whole shirt and the size of design that we are looking for. The part on the right is what would go on the pocket on the front of the shirt. Most of the shirts that are designed will have a pocket on the front and there will almost always be fraternity/sorority lettering on it as is shown. Sometimes there will be a little bit more like this example shows with "spring rush 2017". Front will almost always be a very simple design. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you!
