Landing page (HTML and CSS) + thank you text (HTML and CSS) using bootstrap

This is a landing page for a new micro business.
The basic idea is that there are many churches that run services in more than one language at a time. (e.g. the church I go to has people who only speak English, some who only speak Korean and some who only speak Mandarin). I've already put together a telephone conference bridge so that the congregation can dial in and hear the translation.
Now I want to start advertising this.
Attached is a very, very vague sketch of what I'm thinking will suffice for a landing page.
At the top: the name (Church Translation)
Next from the top (on the right): some value add statements "works outside; at the beach; wher ever you run your services"
Next: an infographic that explains how it works. I'd like something more sophisticated than stick figures! (Text: either hand out slips of paper with the phone number for the congregation to dial into, or else project it on a screen somewhere. The congregation use headphones. The translator dials into another number. The translator talks, the congregation listens.)
Next: three alternative pricing models. Hopefully my handwriting is comprehensible there. (The last two lines in the middle are "session recording included; quarterly utilisation reports").
Next: 4 possible add-on features. Hopefully my handwriting is clear enough here. If not, just ask me. ;-)
Not shown (but required): an ordinary contact form where someone can put it in their name, their organisation, their contact email address, what languages they need. Don't worry about the code behind the form: I'll take care of that.
Not shown (but required): a separate html stub that replaces the where the contact form is which says "thank you, we will get in contact with you promptly".

What I want from you... HTML code using Bootstrap ([login to view URL]), plus any additional CSS and images for all of the above. If you happen to have some fancy JavaScript for the infographic or something else, then that too.
I'm hoping that it might get finished by about the 12th January
Given the nature of the content, it would make more sense for someone who knows what a church service is like.
