Military unit T-Shirt design

Hello, I am wanting someone who can help create a design for a unit T-Shirt. We are located in Japan. The front of the T-Shirt should have a small logo of the American flag, crossed with the Japanese flag. Underneath should be a tori gate and beneath that should be our unit guidon. The back of the shirt we want DSP Satellite on one side of the shirt around the shoulder, the opposite side should be a Geosynchrounous satellite. In between the satellites we would like a Japanese Shogun helmet, and a realistic skull wearing it, over looking the earth. If possible the view of the earth should be half of the globe and include Japan in its view. We are coming up with ideas for a motto, we have come up with “ You cannot hide from us.” If you can, feel free to add on or edit the motto to make it better. On the back of the shirt we would like “Delta Detachment JTAGS Japan” somewhere convientky placed to where it’s readable. Attached is our Guidon (teal flag) and the American-Japan flag crossed over.
