Need to edit/render lights in a bicycle handlebar grip

Hi Freelancers! I need your help with something really small and easy. I want you to edit bicycle handlebar to show lights embedded in the handlebar grip. I'm not sure if this a graphic design project or 3D rendering. I'll provide you the image of the handlebar and you have to make it look like there are lights in the handlebar grip. Photoshop might even do the trick. Essentially, I just want to make it look like the black grips on the handlebar have LED lights inside the grip so it lights up.
