New Graphic Design for existing Real Estate Website

Project Description ----------------------- I require a new CSS based graphic design for my existing real estate website which was developed in PHP, Javascript, with CSS styling. The new graphic design will be aesthetically pleasing, modern, crisp and professional and will need to be fast and ensure optimum dynamic display on multiple devices and screen sizes. Required Deliverables --------------------------- 1) A modern, aesthetically pleasing, crisp, fast, professional real estate design to be delivered following your review of the current site. 2) Automatic fast optimized display of the website on multiple screen sizes and devices 3) A revised logo in line with the new website look and colour scheme 4) A new fast simplified sales focused professional home page with current functions displayed in a simplified manner. 5) New design to be implemented on the current site with minimal coding changes (CSS excepted of course). 6) On final handover, overview documentation to be provided specifying design scheme, styles, colour schemes, key functions and filenames and locations. Key Requirements ---------------------- 1) Professional, Aesthetically pleasing and FAST ! 2) Highly efficient display on multiple devices and screen sizes 3) Graphics used in the design to be Creative Common Licence, Public Domain or Royalty Free. 4) Any graphics created specifically for this design to be original and unique, with ownership and full copyright passing to the buyer on completion of this project. 5) SEO optimised design including graphics, CSS, scripts etc. Skills Required ------------------- 1) A proven creative yet practical Graphic Designer with wide experience of dynamic CSS layouts and integration of JavaScript functions within designs. 2) Experience of delivery of optimised dynamic multiplatform (e.g. Pc, tablet, mobile) designs. 3) Real Estate website/graphic experience would be a distinct advantage. 4) Flexible, problem solving, creative attitude, and worth ethic to enable the chosen designer/developer to integrate the new design into an existing website, ideally with minimal coding (except CSS) changes. PROPOSAL EVALUATION ==================== Proposals will be evaluated with specific regard to the proposers responses to the above key deliverables, experience and the skills required listed above. 1) Interested designers/developers are requested to specifically reply to the deliverables and provide detailed experience with links to RELEVANT sites which you have designed and delivered. 2) STANDARD cut and paste responses will be IGNORED ! 3) Responses without a previous rating from other clients on this site will generally be ignored.
