Ongoing work- Social Media Graphics

I am about to launch a business and need help creating SOCIAL Media Graphics. I am offering ongoing work at an hourly rate of $3 - $4. We can discuss higher rates later as the business grows but first I need you to demonstrate quality work. Please show me a portfolio showing graphics SPECIFIC to social media pages. Must Be Available All- Hours, able to communicate quickly and Effectively Preferably use Skrill Payment System Must Have Excellent English! Must be Experienced with Being Self- Disciplined and Able to Create Graphics for Social Media using your Imagination! I do NOT pay on a project basis. We will use the project management tool Redbooth to complete the tasks, and communicate directly via SKYPE. You will log hours on the project management tool. I expect a high standard of graphic design and the ability to create 20 social Media graphics in 8 hours. This may not seem like much, but you don't have to make the graphics from scratch, and can make some variations. Personally, I myself could make 20 graphics in 8 hours easily. I am all about Variety, being Fun, Quirky and Targeted to the audience. Social media is all about creating a conversation and grabbing attention so this is what you must do. I will provide hashtags to use • Can you make unique and modern graphics. It does not have to be made from scratch, you can use images and vector resources from around the web • Are you able to respond very quickly via Skype all the time (including mobile, and while you are out office) • Are you able to demonstrate high discipline, be on time, and remember things such as logging hours, sending invoices, checking documents and so on I need people who are purely graphically/creatively oriented.
