Need someone to turn all the info I need into a 3 fold pamphlet using microsoft office. It's about metformin for type two diabetes. The education about medication, dosage, side effects and places like walmart and costoc where they could buy it for $4.00 or less. Educational handout for my low income patients who don't have insurance. Feel free to add pics and make it appealing to the eyes. Please add references in the end if possible or on a separate page so I don't get ding for copy write. Fairly a simple copy paste job.
