Part Time Graphic Designer for Australian Beach/Fashion Brand

Hi! We're looking for an amazing graphic designer (preferably with strong web design experience) to join our team and growing eCommerce beach accessory/fashion brand on a part-time basis with the opportunity of growing to full-time work in the future. Our target demographic is Females aged 18-55, so a 'feminine' element to the design work will be important. It is essential that you have very strong/fluent english communication skills, can provide a quick turnaround for completing work and hit tight deadlines, can follow direction yet work autonomously and add your own creative style. You will need to have exceptional creative design skills and bring a unique style to our brand and design work. Graphic design experience within the fashion industry will be a necessary. Strong experience and knowledge in web design/UX is also very much preferred ie. landing pages creation, designing for user experience and conversion. We want someone who can really set the design standard for our brand, by helping develop and create our brands Visual Style Guide to create consistency across all our media. We want to create a visual profile for our brand based around the beach lifestyle - think of the following: beach, casual, luxury, tropical, inspirational, ocean, coastal living.
