See below for the joke that I'm looking to visualize... A hiker emerges into a clearing in the woods and sees an old timer reclining on the porch of his shack with his faithful Labrador at his side. After exchanging pleasantries the hiker comments on the old timer’s companion, “Mighty fine dog you have there, sir!” The old timer nods and smiles and replies, “Best dog in the world he is! Saved my life he did! Last fall during the flooding I fell into the creek. Thought I was gonna die I did. But ol’ yellow here had other ideas… He jumped in and pulled me out. Yes, sir… This dog saved my life! Without question, he’s the best darn dog in the whole wide world…” “Wow!” exclaimed the hiker. “That’s amazing! He sure is a fine looking animal.” The hiker pauses momentarily, and after taking some time to appreciate the dog, he adds, “If you don’t mind me asking, how come he’s only got three legs?” “Ah…” sighs the old timer, patting his trusty companion on the head, “…a dog this good… …a dog that’s saved your life… well a dog like that you don’t eat all at once.” Please Note: I have a maximum of $50 to spend on this.
