Turn a sketch into a graphic design image vector.

Hello! My name is Murray. The project I am working is for a very abstract apparel site. I want to use cartoonish images in the website and have them being the background of each page. I have a sketch of one of these images I want to use. My sketch is pretty basic so I have included some extra images for inspiration. If you could make the graphic design a vector that would be much appreciated, thanks. Beach image: I want the kind of sandy hills that crest the ocean, like in this image. Bridge/ocean image: I like the texture and color of the water in this image so I was thinking of using this as inspiration for the way the water would look in the design. Sailboat: I want the sailboat to the right of the image. Use the sailboat picture I have provided as some inspiration. The sky: Just a simple blue.
