unique crowdfunding website

I am looking to build a unique crowdfunding website that is designed for the people in need to help each other. The hardest part of getting funded is getting traffic to your cause that is mostly why people fail to get funded. I thought of an idea that will eliminate the need to drive traffic to the persons page by getting them to help each other. Platform: wordpress Example of how it works: A person registers on my website ( using facebook login ) The user creates a profile and funding page. The user completes payment information ( where we mail checks to ) now the magic happens: To start, the system will randomly pick a funding page and display it and all users will be required to donate $5 one time for a period of one week. If a user doesn't donate $5 then that user will be taken out of the list of users the system will randomly pick for the following week ( meaning the user must donate $5 in order to get added to the list the system will randomly pick) Once the user has been selected by the system and they get funded for a week ( 7 days ) they must wait 14 days before they can be eligible to be added back to the list the system randomly selects. now, I have explained how the website needs to operate.. if you understand what I need, tell me what you can do and how long it will take. I want a pre launch page explaining how everything works with a countdown to launch so people can begin signing up.
