I have an existing website that I'm a member of. I need a Project / Program Manager to go through this site and build a Functional Specification that I can use to have my developers build out. You will access my Membership Site, go through the entire site and return a document that a developer can follow to build it. I also need you to suggest which Languages should be used to accomplish the build. i.e. Frameworks, Javascript, Node.js and any 3rd party API's or SaaS technologies we can leverage. * List your Experience and any examples you might have. ** If we choose to work with you, we will give you the URL to the site we need help with so you can determine an accurate Bid.*

I have studied Advance Software Engineering, Advance Requirement Engineering courses and Software System Design .I have good experience of UML Relevant Skills and Experience I know functional and non- functional requirements of a system.
