I live in Waterville, ME. 04901. I bought a foreclosure and need help getting a new heating system working. I want to convert to natural gas. I am told my boiler is obsolete . I have a steam system that is very old. I am in desperate need of help. I have called some local Heating companies and the highest quote was $25,000 for parts and labor. My budget is for labor not including parts.l.
