Build a Website

Hi, I need a website to be created.. I am only looking for some one to create the templates based on hardcoded data. Please look at the attached document for the features and designs. its fairly simple.. I am a developer myself and tied up with other priority work at this point. it requires your skills on 1. HTML5. 2. Jquery 3. Bootstrap 4. Css. 5. Jquery Masonry Grid THIS has to work on all the main browser and latest versions 1. IE 9+ 2. Chrome 3. FireFox and 4. Safari. CrossBrowser compatiblity is very important here.. No Logic building or anything... Just the templates needs to be created!! The design as explained in the attached document is finalized. No changes will be asked in the middle of development... Very minute changes will only be requested.. I need this to be done quickly within MAX 20 Days and QUALITY will be reviewed. I need the KT after the development is completed. I request you to go thru the attached document carefully before bidding.... I will entertain new joinees too if the work attitude is right.
