Convert existing Wordpress blog to new PSD design

Hi, I have an existing Wordpress site, based on a free theme. You can see the site at: [login to view URL] This job is to convert the existing site to a new design. I have the new design completed and this is attached to this project in PSD/zip format. The scope includes: - Create new custom Wordpress theme based on the Blog roll and Blog post PSD designs - Convert existing frontpage (including all entries in existing comparison table) to new PSD design - Convert all existing pages (2) - Convert all existing posts (6) - Convert the blogroll page to the new blogroll design - All comments to be retained - All pages and links to be maintained - Link the new email opt-in form to existing Mailchimp account - Comparison table must be implemented in such a manner that I can easily add/edit/remove entries (rows) in the future, including specifying link for Buy Now button. Full documentation on how to do this must be provided as part of the delivery. - All text must be text and not image - "%" values in table must automatically colour according to value (light green 90%+, green above 80%, orange 60-70%, dark red below 60%) - Table must sort AND filter as per graphic indications in PSD - I will provide links for social media and email icons - I will provide new % values for conversion of table rows, as existing rows are based on 1-10 scale, not 1-100. Also the columns have changed slightly in new design. - Latest Beard Oil Reviews widget must always display latest posts All to be implemented exactly as per PSD graphics attached. Thanks !
