Hybrid app needed to search for files content

I'm planning to develop a mobile App to search case laws which are currently hosted on OneDrive. The files are in PDF (OCR enabled) and MS Word format. This free app allows a user to search the cases base on keywords provided by the user.  Here are the functions that I am looking for my case law search mobile application:- 1. Each case uploaded will be registered in the database with customisable fields like name of case, name of parties, suit number, Judge name, Court (i.e. Magistrate Court, Sessions Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court) tag name (data entry will be outsourced to third party).  2. User can "tag" the cases. Tags based on existing tags defined by us e.g Intellectual Property, Trademarks. Unlimited tag 3. Able to "favourite" the cases and view later. Favourited cases can be categorised into user's customisable category.  4. Email the Link to the cases to user or any third parties or download the case  5. Login with Facebook/Linkedin/Email. Profile page for user to populate.  6. Search filtration - remove common words like "the, of, Court, Rules, Act", filter through tags and can be multiple tags, search by parties' names. More to be added later  7. Search function to search content with preview of the passage with the keyword.  8. At search page - search results ranking will be based on the number of times the search word appears. Seamless scrolling to reach the preview and cases - fonts adjustable. A reading interface like Quora App would be good.  9. When viewing the case, searched keyword will appear as highlighted on the App. Auto-suggest tags for users to click based on keyword search 10. Ability to link two cases into one. Explanation: Two judgements written by different Judges (or in another words, two files may be from the same case) may be from the same case. Need to link both of them. Hence, when a case is clicked, it will show the first case and then a link to the second case 11. Push notification for new cases being uploaded.  12. Admin can insert notes on the case e.g. to state that the case has been overruled on appeal. 13. Google Analytical installed to track usage.  14. Two advertisement banners - One appearing at every page whereas one in between the content 15. At search, auto fill capability (needs to be real fast) based on tagging. 16. Admin panel is needed .
