Improve content and look of FAQ page in website

Please reply only AFTER reading the project through! This project is for improving an existing site, with the current code in production since 2013. It is built in Ruby on Rails and the database is in Mongo DB. Knowledge about javascript will also be required. The client for this project works with annual memberships in the home exchange business. The site is in multilanguage, as can be seen in [login to view URL] The client now needs an extra help in development for creating new features and adjusting old ones. All the project is on Github, so you will be given read access to it. By the end of this project, each issue should be fully functional, tested thoroughly and available to the public on the production server. THE TASK: We want to improve the content and the look of the FAQ page. [login to view URL] The way the FAQ questions are presented should be more pleasing. The order and grouping of questions could/should be changed. We need that FAQ are rewritten in a way that can be easily understood by novice users to home exchanges for holidays and Intervac. We would also like to include in the answers the explanations that are currently on the blog (check links within the FAQ answers). We only need the English version for this page, but make it ready for translation, as it is currently done in the rest of the site. The current page is in English only but it is not ready for translation. Native English speakers will be preferred for this task. Writing skills are needed for this task.
