Looking for a web designer for our new commercial website

Two friend of mine and I are creating a website (When it goes alive, we'll move it to mobile platform). It will be a commercial website. We are handling back-end side and doing the best on front-end but it's not looking like we're getting where we wanted. We need a front-end developer with advanced skills in JS & JQuery & Bootstrap to transform our unadorned website to a fancy one :) Deeper information about the project will be given in private chat.
We'll determine small jobs to do and assign a price for every one of them. So, you'll earn as far as you'll accomplish those small tasks. Example for those small tasks:
-Turning a page into responsive form.
-Mixing Bootstrap Cards and Carousels
-Adding a JS script to scroll the page to specific location when specific event happens.
