MOBILE APP - SIGN PDF - USE JAVASCRIPT

I will generate a PDF that contains PHI (patient health information). This information MUST BE SECURE. It is a violation of Federal law to let anyone see this information unless they have been given permission to view the information from the patient. The patient will give the health provider a written instruction on who may access the information. This law is known in the Medical circles as HIPAA. The patient is assigned a clinician who evaluates their medical needs and creates an assessment. Then the clinician creates a treatment plan for dealing with the patient’s issues. The treatment plan is converted into a PDF. The treatment plan has to be signed by the clinician and the patient. Once all signatures are obtained the plan is returned to the health care provider where an administrator approves the plan and the plan is stored in the patients record. We want you to create 2 phone applications (1 for the iPhone and 1 for the android) where the signature can occur. Here are the challenges: A: The health care provider provides service to clients in rural areas where internet connectivity is questionable. So we may have to store the PDF on the phone and upload it after signing. B: I have JavaScript code that handles the signature and can convert it to various formats (including images) C. Bitmaps are too big and SVG will not work on PDF’s so the image more than like will need conversion to a raster image. D. The signatures must be placed on the document in their correct position along with a title. E. If you have experience with Adobe JavaScript that may be easy. F. I would like to see a working prototype in 7 days.
