Raspberry Pi3B+ Captive Portal

Create a WiFi hotspot using a Raspberry Pi3B+, with the built-in WiFi hardware, dual band operation. When a Smartphone connects it must automatically cause the user to see the captive portal landing page, or as a minimum inform the user to take an action to login in. Similar in operation to hot spots in public places such as Airports/Hotels/Restaurants, ... etc. Requiring the user to launch a web browser manually to see the landing page is not a desired operation, it must be automatic or the user must be informed to take an action. Access to the Internet will not always be present, anyone connecting to the captive portal will not be allowed access to the Internet at any time, the landing page is all that a connected Smartphone will have access to. The Internet connection if present would be for administrative purposes including updating the landing page content and collecting statistics. The statistics would indicate what type of Smartphone (OS) connected and how many times, plus feedback from the landing page content. The landing page content and feedback mechanism will be provided when the work is awarded. For quoting purposes the landing page would be a single web page (text and images will be provided) with radio button to rate the content. Open to discuss simple method to retrieve statistics, reset counters and upload new landing page content. The solution must work for iOS (version 10.3.3 or newer) and Android phones (version 5.0 or newer), specifically the following smart phones: iPhone 5c/6/6+/7/7+/8/8+/X Samsung Galaxy J-series/ C- series/ A- series/ S-series/ Note/Edge Ositech will be provided all source code if custom development is required, plus instructions on how to create/configure the solution for operation. Also on how to remotely retrieve statistics, reset counters and update landing page content.
