We need to improve the graphic design of 6 Javascript web applications built above an ESRI product (ArcGis server , Portal application). The current tools are series of windows popping up on demand above a main map application of a GIS web portal. They usually proposed to the user with different option and selection of item through a table. The quality of the design of these interaction windows are really poor. We are looking for someone skilled in HTML, Javascript and CSS to redesign this windows to match the current portal design (font, color, size) as well as to allow this option windows to resize according to the user's screen (large screen, laptop or tablet). The contract is initially for 1 week (but other contract may follow according to deliverable quality and knowledge)
