Responsive Web Services

I'm casing the project that consists of creating a responsive interface layer for the production website that is not responsive. The webpages are rather trivial checklists with checkboxes and links. Here is the screenshot of such a page: [login to view URL] The application is developed in asp/.net and the logic of it will not be re-written. All we need is to add the responsive css framework and possibly do some adjustment to screens when necessary. We are thinking Pure or Skeleton or similar framework because they are simple but if you have other preferences please voice your reasons. I'm attaching two files: - the html code of the sample page so you can see what current layout is created (non-responsive, html tables-based). - the current css file. Obviously, when you open the page in the browser it will not display the images, the javascripts won't work and the form won't submit -- that's not the point. All those are working in the actual production environment and those will not be focus of any development. Your focus is to deploy a new css to make the page responsive. That's it. As you can see from the code, the page contains links to other pages, those pages will also use the new css. Keep this in mind, this project is larger than one page. The good thing is that all those pages are html formatted exactly like the sample one or even simpler.
