You must know OpenWrt inside out otherwise, you're wasting both our time.
Openwrt device as a client only.
I have two kinds of configurations. One uses single NIC devices and the other uses two NIC devices. Two NIC devices are configured as pass-through only, picking up a DHCP IP from the upstream and the LAN side connected to the devices LAN NIC.
For single NIC devices, they are simply another client on the LAN side, picking up a DHCP address. Neither configuration acts as a router, only a pass-through or a client.
So far, I am only using Ethernet connections but I'd like to enable wireless as a client also.
Meaning, no matter if the device is a single or dual NIC, to give it a web interface which allows someone to log into it to find the SSID of their local router and to set the password/code to give the device wireless access.
In other words, I need a very basic, secure UI to allow the user to find the local wireless router, or enter its SSID if not broadcast then enter the code. Nothing more.
The only option might be to automatically connect to this router each time but if the router changes, have the option to change the setting, updating to a new router.
I need a minimal and secure UI (web page) on the device to allow this and nothing else.
I want to give no other access or controls than to allow the wireless connection and keep it permanently.
I will have a lot of work coming in the near future relating to small embedded devices such as tp-link, nexx and other brands and feel this is a good small job to find someone who might be able to help us ongoing.
Setting this job to flat rate but could do hourly once we have worked together a little.

Have worked with LUCI on openwrt. So are you looking at using LUCI or customizing it or building custom page module?. If that;s what looking at, then would like to discuss more. Please feel free to contact for any clarifications.
