Android Shoutcast player + google adds - open to bidding

Hi, I need an shoutcast player for android with google ads. very very simple... just an splash screen with the logo of the radio + an player (play, stop, volume) + google ads before and after of the player. No special or custom gui, the android default player works great, play the radio on background. I need the source code for change the logo of the radio and the url of the shoutcast server before compile the apk (we can compile the project). If is posible the cost of an iOs app to... Android minimum 4.0.1. Our budget is very limited. so if is posible maybe we can reduce the cost making just an iframe to load an url with own current mobile site of the radio.
