College parking apps

we are looking to create an app that will help students find parking spaces in a timely manner. This app will indicate whether the parking lot is full or empty .This app feature a peer-to-peer app that will allow students leaving the parking structures to communicate with students that arrive to campus looking for parking. Also, this app will guide the driver to find the nearby parking lot or the parking lot that close to the Bus stop.
