Just to help you construct bid pool ;) Even person from China/India will NOT work on this project for $500. Next time consult with developer before you place bid for entire project. Yes, 50% initial milestone is advance payment. You knew from start (in previous project) that it's a requirement but you "forgot" to mention it. Zeljko J.
