Wtite a simple IOS program to upload GEO location tracking data consolidated.db

We require a program that will upload the current information in the Apple IOS geo location file known as [login to view URL] that saves the GPS coordinates of each user as they walk around with their phone. The purpose of this program is to allow the data stored by IOS on the iPhones/iPad to be sent to a server for analysis. The program will select the data based on criteria (either all or a selection) and then create a temporary text file which it will then compress using RAR and upload to a server using a file post. The program will have a configuration window which will allow the user to determine if ALL geo data is uploaded or only data that is # meters from longitude X and latitude Y. The configuration window will also have a space to enter the user’s id and the URL of the server which will default to our server and be hard-coded. The program will be submitted to the Apple App Store and therefore must conform to all of Apple’s stringent conditions. The programmer will provide us with a working test version to be installed directly on our iPhone and iPad. Once we have approved the test version, we will release a milestone and then the programmer will submit the code. We will then verify and compile the code on our own equipment to ensure that there are no trojans, viruses or other unauthorized modules, and to ensure that we can compile a working version on our own. Once this is done the programmer will receive the final payment for the project. All subsequent work will be contracted to this programmer for modifications to this small app as we have no intention of doing this in-house.
