Illustration mock ups etc .. for online game idea for kickstarter

I need mock ups for my online game kickstarter. My idea is based on several games. I will need the bidder to be able to do anime style illustrations at least 10. 2 will be main characters an archer and a sword fighter ( 1 male and 1 female), 1 evil alien, 2 animal and 1 human like familiars, 3 different weapons and 1 different main character (male) with a large talking box to the right of his head and a tutorial style text box under his feet both colored but empty. A 30 second animated video will also need will be a fighting scene between the alien and one of the first two main character. A short video of the character from the tutorial illustration that starts with him waving and talking then talking and making hand gestures ( no sound needed) only needs to be 20-60 seconds. Plus 3 illustrations of different familiars designs for plush dolls and a few illustrations to be turn into posters. Other merchandise ideas a plus. This game style will be a mix of final fantasy, world of warcraft , the sims , clash of clans, and grand theft auto. The top of the budget includes everything. Please do not ask for over the budget unless adding other items ( such as more characters and weapons or drawings of food the characters can make ). The top of this budget is based on 15-20 hours (30 minutes for each illustrations and 4 hours for the 2 videos plus 3 extra hours for a total of 15 hours or plus 8 hours for a total of 20 hours) of work at $30-40 per hour putting this in the skilled rate category. would like the job done by end of august or earlier will contact the bidders I like with more information and email pictures of drawings I like along with the poster ideas, I was unable to add files.
