KCP, a paper product manufacturer, just released a new printed line of products. However, an objective method for judging the print quality of the out-coming product has yet to be developed. We are looking for a program on Windows OS that can compare a scan or picture of the product off the line to a standard or template of the print that can be put in the program by the user. More details in the attached sheet.
