Virtual Assistant Needed for Instagram Platform

Hello! I am looking for a young, ambitious Virtual Assistant to manage my Instagram business account for my creative practice. I am a street artist, so this individual must have experience in the Creative Field. Preferred age is 18-24, as this is my target demographic. You may work on the go, as long as time is made for a weekly FaceTime or Skype call. We can schedule these at your convenience end of week Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm Central time US. Calls will be held once per week to review upcoming content, discuss ideas for engagement, track growth, assess success on goals, and examine existing analytics on the Instagram platform. These goals will be articulated in advance of start date through clear Social Media Strategy so not to worry! This job is flexible, but growth goals, target audience, management, and engagement must be maintained daily in successful manner as per articulated in Social Media Strategy given. This is a fun job for any creative with experience in social media and has a lot of opportunity for growth and promotion in the future if handled correctly. The Virtual Assistant can be young but must be effective and have an in-depth knowledge of the Instagram platform and a robust social following on their managed accounts to demonstrate scalability and engagement for reference. Individuals managing accounts with 1500+ followers will be considered for the position. No bots, only authentic user engagement accepted. Integrity is critical to growth and management of the platform. Preference will be given to individuals who are using Instagram to manage creative accounts. Virtual Assistant must have a strong eye for aesthetic and cool writing style that is engaging to the audience on Instagram, and feel comfortable showing examples of managed accounts for reference on engagement, branded content, and following. I am very passionate about my platform, and create all content for posting as its own individual work of art. Currently, I have an approximate base of 4,000 followers and wish to continue daily, weekly, and monthly growth goals. It is the Virtual Assistant's job to manage this tone and brand, as well as stimulate further growth for current existing follower base. Virtual Assistant must love creativity and have a passion for art and culture. Specifically street art and pop culture as this is the space I operate in, and am only looking for someone with true passion for this space. I do large scale public artwork for the community, and am looking for someone who can authentically engage with my audience, post content given on scheduled time, keep track of commentary on posts, and follow a target number of demographic Instagram accounts per hour relating to my business as a creative. Selective hashtags and list of user handles will be given in advance to define parameters, and then it is expected based on existing tone, content, and user, hashtag list, that Virtual Assistant will manage growth and engagement from there on a daily basis. The Social Media Strategy will provide all this information along with growth goals and daily operating instructions for reference. This position pays $200/week.
