I can help you register your business in the US. I am a practicing attorney and I focus on small businesses. I can advise you about what kind of corporate entity would be best for your needs, and then help you with the documentation. I can also help you with bank accounts and that sort of thing. You will have to provide a FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) or an American business partner's SSN in order to open bank accounts. I will bid approximately $100 for assisting with establishing a bank account. If you need assistance applying to the IRS for an EIN, I can do that for you as well. That would require opening a separate project and the bid would be about $250.
