Right away I can tell you that your inboxing and domain reputation, especially from googles standpoint, depends on your engagment. However that can be tough to do if you already have Bad email reputation. In this regard, content plays a big factor as it should be focused on engaging your audience. Poor deliverability can be slightly influenced by your ESP (Mailchimp), especially if you have been put into a bad IP pool because of poor past engagement. So moving to a new ESP and/or a new account can help at the beginning if you do a proper warm-up with the new account.
