UK Lead generation for new car buyers

I am looking for someone who can generate leads of ANYONE in the UK who has bought a new car in the past year. (the car must have been registered after September 2014) This can include company cars and hire purchase, the only stipulation is that they have to have had the choice of which model to have. I will be contacting these leads to complete a market research survey which will last between 40 minutes to 1 hour. For their time, I am offering a £20 gift voucher which they can use on the high street (at a number of popular department stores - H&M, Topshop, M&S etc...) I require name and phone numbers only but they need to have bought, hire purchased or received a new car in the last year. They must understand that they will be completing a market research survey over the phone or in person that will last 40 minutes to 1 hour. This work is ongoing for the foreseeable future. I am flexible on payment options and there is room for negotiation depending on what you can offer me in terms of volumes. I am initially looking for someone to provide me with 6 leads for $30. As long as the quality is good then I will be looking at larger volumes, i.e. 25, 50, 100 depending how many you feel you can provide.
