Looking For A Clever Appointment Setter Looking to hire a long term employee for an exciting direct response marketing company that’s helping medical practice owners help more patients. Your job will to be direct message and help set appointments for Scott to speak with medical practice owners. Most of the dialogue and appointment setting will be done over Instagram direct messenger and Facebook messenger. Position: Direct Message Outreach / Appointment Setter Reports: to Scott Theaman Job Type: Monday - Friday (work remotely) Role (overview of the position) Responsible for manually sending pre-scripted (95%, just insert location) direct messages to s specific ideal client type and engaging in short conversations to set up appointments. Responsibilities (Tasks associated with this role) Find medical practice owners on Instagram and Facebook using hashtags, etc. Direct message 50-100 per day using 95% copy and paste messages (yes, it's pretty simple!) Follow like and comment on their pictures Build relationships with medical practice owners online Track activity in pipe drive Results (Expected Accomplishments) Direct message 50-100 accounts / day Set quality appointments for Scott or other sales team members.
