We are looking at buying a small sporting goods brand and we need some research done to help us gain some insight into this company. We need someone to go through the various online forums and websites that discuss this brand and gather customer insight. What do they like about the product? Dislike? Are there any issues with product failure? What could be done better? Who are the biggest competitors? Why, specifically, do people claim these competitors are better? We need to decide if 1)we want to go through with the purchase, and 2)what our marketing strategy should be to revitalize this brand.(do we keep existing products? Improve on them? What do customers say would make them better? etc).
