Marketing towards exclusive UAE / Asia

Hi, My company is looking to expand to Asia (China, Japan, Korea, United Arab Emirates). We need to have data mining, data collection and marketing strategies on how to market our product to these countries. Simple google adwords won't do it. We need marketing strategies on how to launch, market and promote our products to the high end consumers of these countries. Please be aware that luxury is our target market. Please compile a report on internet marketing (SEO etc), as well as possible offline marketing. You may include social media, and or blogs. Though SPAM is not allowed. Background in luxury marketing is a MUST! We do handmade accessories and the prices are quite high.
