I have been working remotely as a Full-Time Account Executive/ Transaction Coordinator for the past 3 years where I have gained invaluable experience in Customer Relations Management (Infusion soft), Inbound and Outbound Calling, Email Handling, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting , Microsoft Office/ Google Apps Office Suite, blogging, Bookkeeping and Data Entry.
As a native English speaker, I have mastered the art of communicating in a clear but empathetic manner. I am also fluent in Spanish. I am also located in the Central Time zone which is only an hour behind est.
