Virtual Assistant Needed - SEO, Copywriting, WooCommerce, Link Building

Hello. I'm a 33 year old father of 4. I work in the oil and gas industry on a rotating schedule where I normally get 2 weeks on (out of town) and then 2 weeks off. Usually I pick up extra weeks on and will be out of town 6 or more weeks at a time. When I'm at work, sometimes I have time to work on my side business and sometimes I don't. My wife takes care of our 4 kids and does orders and advertising in her little bit of spare time. My wife and I started Callie Mae Crafts two years ago. She creates hand stamped jewelry, accessories, and pet tags out of metal. Most of our business has been from Facebook Ads, Etsy, and a little bit of Pinterest and Instagram. We have sold our product nationwide and overseas, but we are really looking to make a big push this year and hopefully retire me from the oil and gas industry within 5 years. Our product quality is definitely there. We just haven't had the time to build the business like we would like to. That being said, my wife has diligently taken good photos of every piece she has done in the last two years - so we have plenty of material, we just need to get it out there. This is where you come in. I have organized all the photos, cut out the bad photos, and grouped photos that go together. I have setup a WooCommerce site with all the plugins and hosting power to run a full scale E-commerce site. I need someone to take the photos from a share Google drive and create a product page for each piece. This will involve coming up with SEO-centric titles, descriptions, short descriptions, tags, and sorting each new product page into the correct category. You will also need to follow my guidelines for setting price and selecting the correct add-on form for the product - more details on this will be included to the successful candidate. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Yoast SEO. Essentially, I will want to see you getting the green light from Yoast on all of the product pages you create. Short descriptions are what the viewers will be reading and will need to be focused on making the sale. Long descriptions are for SEO purposes and for viewers who like to read all the details. Tags will be up to you, but along with the descriptions will be based on a collection of keywords I provide. I need someone who is experienced with what I am describing because I will want to see a high level of productivity in knocking these product pages out. The second part of this assignment will be link building. You duties will involve using some tools I give to you in order to identify where my competition is getting back links, obtaining the same back links, and being creative in finding additional back link sources. The target market is somewhat saturated but from an SEO standpoint, many of the high volume keywords are very much obtainable. Overall, if I can find someone who knows more about SEO and web marketing than me, and who is willing and able to steer this product towards success, I will be very happy. I can promise you plenty of work long term along with an absolutely glowing written recommendation for your own potential customers. If you don't have SEO experience you need not apply. I will want to see writing samples and letters of recommendation. I have worked very hard for the money that I am now investing in this business, and so I am only interested in spending that money on top candidates.
