I have an app for music students that needs to be created. Full specs available by PMB, but the vast majority of the app involves audio playback (non-streaming) and a number of interface needs. I can provide all graphic and audio elements. I just need someone who can put it together. I have an apple dev account and will need help with getting it launched in the app store under my account.

Looking for reasonable bids from reasonable people. I'm not rich, but would like a good quality product at the end of the project. Escrow okay.
