Find Anoto SDK or Livescribe SDK (Digital Pens)

I need to develop an application to gather data from digital pens. Acceptable pens: Logitech, Livescribe (any model). This requires Antont SDK and Livescribe SDK. I cannot find it at their sites, looks like you have to be their partner or large manufacturer. Your job is to find this SDK in Internet or find somebody who has this software and ask for it. The possible strategy: find people who ask software questions about Antono SDK or Livescribe SDK and contact them.
