6-page PSD to HTML in bootstrap framework, homepage already done

I am looking for a developer who is a gun with Bootstrap to convert 6 pages from PSD to HTML ([login to view URL]). We will inspect the codes so please do not use any other coding methods. The successful applicant must be a gun with Bootstrap and xHTML/CSS or HTML5/CSS3, must have solid communications skills, and must be available to make changes/updates to the templates in a reasonable timeframe. Skills required include: XHTML or HTML5, Bootstrap and some jQuery/javascript for animation effects. HTML must be cross-browser compatible (Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari) and at least look reasonably good in tablets (iPad, Android/galaxy tab). Other conditions can be found in attached briefing PDF file. The homepage has already been developed. We will provide the HTML/CSS of this page to copy to other pages with the same distribution layout to make the work easier (but we'll expect improvements if you see them). Apart from the briefing, and homepage HTML/CSS you will receive layered PSD files with all images and .txt file with all plain texts. Please send samples if you have built anything with bootstrap.
