HTML forms to display and edit an XML files values

HTML forms built to show and edit the values in an xml file.
Development must be in
• HTML
• CSS
• Javascript
The forms are to be built by javascript and to be styled by CSS as per example project "[url removed, login to view]".
Form labels to use a language file.
Refer to "settings [url removed, login to view]" for the look and feel of the two forms required.
Must be able to Open , Edit and Save an XML settings file that lives in a sub folder \settings\[url removed, login to view]
I need a new tab for each “AreaName” in the example xml file.
I need this done with simple HTML and Javascript as the form needs to be used in Sketchup V7.0+ not the web. Sketchup uses its own browser.
This project is the beginning step in many additional stages for the future.
