Baseframe -header/menu/transitions

Baseframe Header: Transparent header. A menu in the top left corner. text area (single row text) to the right of the menu/center of the header. With the far right portion holding the logo. Menu: I need a circular navigation in the top right corner similar to [login to view URL] Touchscreen compatible through swipe/dial ability. There should be a sub-nav/second level navigation. There are 3 types of links the menu will contain. 1) Normal links (with transition effects listed below) 2) Slide up text area on the bottom of the page 3) Muted/disabled links I also need a page transition/preloader for the pages themselves. There should be left and right hovers (see: [login to view URL]) that when hovered can auto scroll/navigate to the left and right assigned pages. Some pages will have 2 background images (top & bottom) and others will have 1 background image. In either case the transitions should be a smooth scrolling effect. The pages should scroll the backgrounds seamlessly to appear as though you are traveling personally from one area to another. On exit pages, the page should fade out with a white or black overlay in a circular motion. Towards you when exiting and away from you when entering. The baseframe needs to have such a smooth transition that it is like walking from one room to another. I can develop the website to have scrolling page areas within a single file and page exits on separate files. If it helps with transitions.
